DO ALL PRINTS COME FRAMED?
Yes, all prints come framed and ready to hang right out of the box — no hassle, no extra steps. All black and white frames come in high quality 1.25"w x 0.875"h frames.
DO ALL PRINTS COME WITH A WHITE BORDER?
In short, most do, but not all. The product image displayed in your selection will be accurate in this regard.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
You will receive a notification with tracking information shortly after your order has been completed and shipped. Orders typically leave one of our shipping partner's locations within 1–3 business days. Orders usually take between 2-7 business days to arrive after an order is placed. Orders are manufactured and shipped locally in the US.
MY ART ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the off chance your order arrives damaged, please contact info@sohocollective.com within 48 hours of package arrival. Please be sure to include photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label, to help us file a claim with the courier. If it is deemed the courier is responsible for the damage a replacement will be sent to you.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, all shipping is limited to the United States. With growing demand for international orders please pay attention to socials for updates.
WHY FREE SHIPPING OVER $150?
We do not believe in overcharging for our framed prints. Due to this, smaller prints/orders will carry a $12.99 flat shipping cost, which often does not cover the whole shipping fee we incur from our couriers. We believe in fair and honest pricing and any combination of 2 prints, OR single 24x36, 30x42 orders will eliminate any shipping fee. We also frequently offer promotions for discounts which should help to reduce your total cost.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Each item is "made to order" meaning that it is specifically manufactured for you when an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges. Please ensure your selected size and frame color are correct before placing your order.
In the off chance your print or frame arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sohocollective.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the address label, along with a brief description of the issue. All information listed will need to be provided for an assessment. If the damage is determined to be the courier’s responsibility, we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you.
