Shipping & Handling

You will receive a notification with tracking information shortly after your order has been completed and shipped.

Orders typically leave one of our shipping partner's locations within 1–3 business days. Orders usually take between 2-7 business days to arrive after an order is placed.

Orders are manufactured and shipped locally in the US. All prints arrive framed and ready to hang.


Return Policy 

Each item is "made to order" meaning that it is specifically manufactured for you when an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges. Please ensure your selected size and frame color are correct before placing your order.

In the off chance your print or frame arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sohocollective.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the address label, along with a brief description of the issue. All information listed will need to be provided for an assessment. If the damage is determined to be the courier’s responsibility, we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you. Please note: Soho Collective is not liable for damage caused by the customer when opening the package, or for claims made more than 48 hours after receipt.
