We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
2. Product Information & Availability
All of our products are made to order, and details such as size and frame options should be carefully reviewed before completing your purchase. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
3. Shipping & Handling
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days from our U.S.-based production partners. Delivery times generally range from 2–7 business days after your order has been placed. All items are manufactured and shipped locally in the United States.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. We offer free shipping on orders over $150.
4. Returns & Refunds
Each item is made to order and manufactured specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please confirm that your size and frame color selections are correct before placing your order.
If your print or frame arrives damaged, you must contact us at info@sohocollective.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

A brief description of the issue
We will assess the claim and, if the damage is determined to be caused during shipping, we will arrange for a replacement. Soho Collective is not liable for any damage caused by the customer during unpacking or for claims made more than 48 hours after delivery.
By placing an order with Soho Collective, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase and can be made using the payment methods available at checkout.
6. Third-Party Services
Certain content, products, and services available via our website may include materials from third parties (e.g., shipping carriers). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soho Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the products obtained from us.
